J'ai encore un weekend de formation ce weekend sur le système cardiaque et je ne serai présente pour mon cours samedi.  Il faut que je repousse aussi, l'atelier " d'agni et le feu digestif", au 27 janv, 13h30-16h30
Si vous pouvez venir, ce sera un grand plaisir de vous voir.  Plus de détails sont sur le site.

Aussi, il y aura un nouveau cours en février avec Valerie La Valle.  Tous les mercredis a partir du 6 février.  Niveau I/II pour l'heure de déjeuner, 12h30-13h30.  Il y a maintenant un cours tous les après-midi pendant l'heure du déjeuner.   Essayez-le pour voir s'il y a des changements pendant votre journée!

Meditation, Sunday 3 Feb at 19h45.  Toujours gratuite, il n'y aura qu'une seule séance ce mois-ci.

I have another Yoga Therapy weekend scheduled this weekend and Ann will be covering for me this Saturday.  My workshop will take place next weekend,  Jan 27 on the building up of our inner fire and resistance.  Strengthening our immune and digestive system..  There will be no workshop in February but there will be one in March for Spring detox and in April, as well.
Peter Sterios is coming to Paris for a workshop in May, if you would like to save these dates:

Back to February, Valerie La Valle is joining our staff and will be teaching lunchtime yoga on Wednesdays beginning the 6th of February.  12h30-13h30.

1. Life isn't fair, but it's still good.

2. When in doubt, just take the next small step.

3. Life is too short – enjoy it..

4. Your job won't take care of you when you are sick. Your friends and family will. 

5. Pay off your credit cards every month.

6. You don't have to win every argument. Stay true to yourself.

7. Cry with someone. It's more healing than crying alone.

8. Save for retirement starting with your first pay check.

9. When it comes to chocolate, resistance is futile.

10. Make peace with your past so it won't screw up the present.

Happy New Year


Namaste à tous, 

Meilleurs voeux pour une année de paix et abondance dans tous les domaines de la vie.  Je voudrais profiter de ces quelques mots pour vous remercier sincèrement d'avoir fait partie du sangha (communauté) Centre de Yoga du Marais au cours de la dernière année.  Cela me donne beaucoup de plaisir que de vous envoyer cette newsletter et les tuyaux pour améliorer votre pratique de yoga et j'espère que ces conseils puissent vous faire sentir la différence même sans l'aide de votre tapis.
Est-ce que vous avez pris des nouvelles résolution pour le 2013?   Je suis parmi ceux et celles qui se sont déjà engagées et j'aime toujours bien profiter des opportunités de renouvellement.  Je me sens déjà différente. 

Plus vous pratiquez, plus de karma vous créez et cela vous guide, puisque votre pratique provoque des petits changements qui deviennent plus grandes encore.   Quelques  changements pourront être aperçus immédiatement, d'autres avec le temps.  Au fil des années ma pratique est même devenue mon meilleur copain. 

Je me sens épanouie quand je peux partager ce que j'ai appris et je serai de retour au Centre le 5 janvier.  Voici à nouveau mon planning.

Here's to a happy peaceful and abundant new year for you in all aspects of your life.  I'd like to take a minute to sincerely thank you for being part of the Centre de Yoga du Marais sangha (community) throughout the last year.  I really enjoy sending you this newsletter and the tips I have to deepen your practice and hope that these tips have made a difference in your practice particularly off the mat.  Have you made any resolutions for 2013, yet?   I count myself among quite a few people I know who have made some and always enjoy an opportunity for renewal.  I feel a personal difference already.

The more you practice the more good karma you create and this guides you as your practice makes small changes that become ever larger.  Some changes you notice readily some you realize after some time has gone by.  I have felt for some years that my practice feels like my best friend.

I feel whole when I get to share what I have learned and will be back teaching on Jan 5.  Please note once again my new schedule:

The next workshop is the 20th of January focusing on the digestive system, reenforcing our immune system by building up agni, the digestive fire.  The next meditation will be the following Sunday.

Atelier du Dimanche  20 janv.  Mon atelier sur le renforcement du système immunitaire et renforcer "agni", feu, se tiendra dimanche 20 janvier, de 13h30 à 16h30.  Le prix est de 40,00€, ou de 100,00€ pour les trois ateliers, de janvier à mars.
