Let's Focus On: Grounding 

 

 

Happy hour cocktails are a fun way to relax, but who said they all have to be boozy?

 

 

Uttanasana, or standing forward fold, calms stress and effectively stretches your back, neck and hamstrings.

 

 

Research shows that making grounded contact with the Earth- whether you're barefoot in the park or beach or indoors padding around your home- is a natural and effective strategy against chronic stress, inflammation, and sleep issues.
