November News and Teacher Training

J'ai ajouté une autre classe prénatale dans la semaine, les Mardi 10h15-11h45.  Nous commencerons Mardi 11 novembre et c'est Chantal qui enseignera.  Vous pouvez utiliser vos cartes. Le centre reste ouvert pendant les vacances et tous les cours ont lieu.

Et les bonnes nouvelles appellent à plus de Yoga ! Je suis heureuse d'annoncer que nous proposons une formation de 200 heures en vue de l'obtention d'un certificat de professeur de yoga en 2009. Cette formation se déroulera sous l'égide de Yoga Alliance et sera conduite par moi-même et Chantal Tacorente-Perez.  La formation s'étendra de Janvier à Juin 2009.  Le coeur du programme est d'apprendre comment enseigner le Hatha Yoga niveau 1 tout en approfondissant et renforçant votre propre pratique. Que vous souhaitiez ou non enseigner un jour, tous les participants à la formation affineront et approfondiront l'essence de leur pratique personnelle. Ce programme est d'une grande envergure et vous pouvez en lire plus sur le lien suivant:

Il y a maintenant 21 cours par semaines au centre et tout est posté sur le blog.

 

Dates à retenir ce mois-ci:

16 novembre Je me substituerai à Anne à 11h30-13h00 si vous voulez vous joindre à moi ce Dimanche.

 

23 novembre Méditation à 19h00.  .

 

30 novembre Atelier sur l'entretien de la santé de votre colonne vertébrale.  Dimanche 13h30-16h30. 35 euros sur place.  30 euros réservé a l'avance.

Dear Everyone!
 
I have added another prenatal class during the week meeting Tuesdays at 10h15-11h45.  We start this Tuesday, November 11 and Chantal will be teaching this class.  You can use your cards.  The centre will be open for the holiday for all classes.

And, good times call for More Yoga!  I am happy to announce I will be offering a 200-hour Teacher's certificate Training course in 2009.  The course is covered by the Yoga Alliance and will be conducted by myself and Chantal Tacorente-Perez.  The Teacher Training will span from January to June 2009.  The heart of the program is to learn how to teach Hatha Yoga level 1 while deepening and strenghthening your own personal practice.  Whether you wish to teach or not someday, all participants in the training will refine and deepen their own personal essence of their practice.  The program is broad in scope and you can read about it further on the link:
