I was recently invited on a podcast hosted by Integral Yoga from their
headquarters in Virginia, USA. For some of you newer students who don't

I am teaching during the Winter Vacation. Just the Tuesday 12h30 class
on February 20th is cancelled. (I may be canceling this Monday the 12th,
as most of you are away.) There are still places for the Spring Yoga
Retreat weekend in the Vosges with me.
